Smith’s Arrived!

Can you tell why I am already in love with these kiddos?  They are lots of fun!  A much anticipated event, the Smith’s arrived in January and have begun the process of learning the Italian language, going to public school, and adjusting to a new culture. They seem to be assimilating well and their energy and excitement has already brought new life to our team.

 

By the way, “Carnivale” in Italy is what we would call Mardi Gras. It is supposed to be a time where Catholics let loose before getting serious and giving something up for lent.
